Admissions
Program Prerequisites:
- HS diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Each student must complete an entrance exam (taken on first day of class)
- No active felony in last 5 years
- Doctor’s note stating student has suitable health to participate in class (recommended not required)
- US citizenship is not required to take the course or the state board exam. US citizenship is however required by the State Board of AZ to get a state issued certificate.
Completion Requirements:
- Complete 80 hours in the classroom and 40 hours of clinical training
- Score 80% or higher on classroom and clinical exam
