Tuition, Cost and Fees

The cost of our program is $799. That includes tuition, all necessary books, CPR (BLS Card), a TB skin test and an AZBN fingerprint card (this is different from the DPS fingerprint clearance card). If you already have current CPR, a TB test within the last year, or a recent fingerprint card then this can be subtracted from the cost.

    • You will need to pay for your AZ CNA Board Exam after you complete our course. The board exam is $85 payable to D & S Diversified Technologies. You will also need to purchase one set of light blue scrubs (top and bottoms) for clinicals that will cost approximately $20-30.
    • We reccommend but don’t require that you obtain a note from your physician stating you are in suitable health to complete a class of this nature.
